AIR DUCT FABRICATION has been in the business of industrial engineering for over 50 years, covering a whole variety of specialised projects.

In recent years, it was brought to our attention that there was a huge problem in the transmitting and other industries, of atmospheric humidity condensing in buildings where fans have been installed for cooling or ventilation purposes.

The moisture in the air causes corrosion and other problems with electronic and computerised systems.   Also it causes the collapse of glass fibre or synthetic zeolite filters with the weight of the water they absorb, rendering the filters useless and needing constant expensive replacement.

To combat this, we have designed a revolutionary new moisture coalescing filter, which is designed to minimise rainwater and humidity being pulled in from the atmosphere and collects it, together with larger components of air polution, insects, pollen, etc.

The ADF Filter has now been installed, tested and monitored by the foremost British Transmitting Company with their engineers and the results were incredible - so much so that they are now installed in many older buildings and will be installed in all  proposed new buildings.   The ADF Filter has also been installed in the south of Ireland and in South Africa.
